Safety Policy
Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities at Aquapark Aquacolors. Please read the following important safety information before entering the park.
General Safety Rules
Follow all instructions given by Aquapark staff and lifeguards at all times.
Obey all posted signs, warnings, and safety instructions throughout the park.
Guests must wear appropriate swimwear in all pools and attractions.
Running, diving, or rough play is not permitted in pool areas or on walkways.
Glass containers, sharp objects, and hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
Slides & Attraction Guidelines
Height, age, and health restrictions apply to certain slides and attractions and are clearly displayed at each entrance.
Guests must follow all rider instructions and use safety equipment (rafts, mats, life jackets) as instructed.
Pregnant women and guests with heart conditions, back problems, or mobility limitations should avoid high-speed and high-intensity attractions.
Children & Supervision
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Non-swimmers and young children must remain in shallow areas and are recommended to use life jackets where appropriate.
Aquapark staff and lifeguards are available to assist but are not a substitute for parental supervision.
Lifeguards & First Aid
Certified and trained lifeguards are present in all pool and slide areas.
A first aid station is available on-site with qualified personnel ready to provide assistance if needed.
Water Quality & Hygiene
Please shower before entering pools or water attractions.
Use appropriate swim diapers for infants and toddlers.
Help us maintain cleanliness by disposing of waste in designated bins.
Personal Belongings
Aquapark Aquacolors is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items.
Lockers are available for secure storage of personal belongings.
Weather & Ride Operations
Some attractions may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions, wind, or maintenance for guest safety.
All operational decisions regarding ride availability are made by park management and safety staff.
Emergency Procedures
In case of emergency, follow all instructions from park staff immediately.
Emergency exits and procedures are clearly marked throughout the park.
