1. SECURITY OF PAYMENT WITH DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS

Confidentiality of your data is protected and secured by utilization of SSL encryption. Web pages for payment via Internet are secured by utilization of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a procedure of data encryption in order to prevent unauthorized access during their transmission. This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Webteh WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa. Webteh WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using Virtual Private Network (VPN) which is also protected against unauthorized access.

Webteh is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider and the security standard is prescribed by Visa and MasterCard rules. Credit cards are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel. Asket d.o.o. does not keep credit card numbers and they are not available to unauthorized personnel. Payment service is based on 3-D Secure standard which currently offers the most secure payment with credit and debit cards in Internet environment. In case that user’s card participates in 3-D Secure program, the purchaser shall be asked for additional identity checking in order to verify that it is the user that uses the card.

2. PRIVACY STATEMENT – „STATEMENT ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND COLLECTION“

ASKET d.o.o. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal details. The collection and storage of information is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. The following information we require from you is protected: name, address, e-mail address, telephone and other information which you request be protected. You may remove your name from our mailing list at any time through an explicit request made in person and your information will not be used by ASKET d.o.o. for promotional purposes. In that case, ASKET d.o.o. will use your information for internal purposes only, i.e., for IT statistical analysis of information.
All information requested by ASKET d.o.o. is used exclusively for:

• responding to your questions as effectively as possible
• ensuring that the requested service is provided
• entering you into our prize game system
• promotion of our services
• internal statistical analysis

ASKET d.o.o. guarantees that the information provided will be used for the above-stated purposes only. By submitting your personal information through all means of communication, you are explicitly permitting ASKET d.o.o. to contact you for the above stated purposes. You are required to notify ASKET d.o.o. in writing if you do not want ASKET d.o.o. to establish contact with you. Upon receiving a newsletter, you will be given the option to remove your name from the mailing list.
Once you submit your information and permit us to contact you, your name will be placed on our mailing list. The moment of application marks your acceptance to be contacted. Protection of the privacy of your information is permanent. At any time, you may remove your name from our mailing list. ASKET d.o.o. will use your information for internal purposes only, i.e., for IT or statistical analysis of information.

Your e-mail address and remaining information will not be sold, leased or made available to any third party outside the ASKET d.o.o. without your consent, for the contrary is against our privacy policy. ASKET d.o.o. is strict in its “no spam” policy. We seek your special consent for permission if you wish to be contacted with respect to special offers and actions. ASKET d.o.o. is not responsible for accidental errors or due to other objective circumstances which could accidentally violate the guarantee protection of your information, but does guarantee that the error will be corrected, to the greatest extent, as soon as possible. Our website contains links to enable you to visit other websites. Once you have used these links to leave the site, you should note that ASKET d.o.o. is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third party.

As with many other sites, our site may use “cookies” or other technologies to help us deliver content specific to your interests, to process your reservations or requests, and/or to analyze your visiting patterns. 3. CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT

Prices shown on the www.aquacolors.eu are displayed in euro currency HRK and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The HRK price of a product displayed on the www.aquacolors.eu at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error.

If purchaser is a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in HRK , the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day purchasers card issuer processes the transaction.

4. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

These terms and conditions define purchase order, payment, delivery, refund and complaint procedure, as well as copyright protection and general provisions for business operations when purchasing a product offered by this Internet shop. www.aquacolors.eu can be used for your private utilization without any utilization fee, and under the following conditions and rules.
Seller is ASKET d.o.o., and purchaser is a visitor of this web site who has fulfilled an electronic order and has effected payment with debit/credit card or by bank transfer.

4.1. PURCHASE ORDER PROCEDURE

Purchaser orders the tickets through an electronic order form. Each person who ordered at least one ticket in an electronic way, filled in the requested data and sent the order is considered as purchaser.
All services/products offered in the internet shop at the web site www.aquacolors.eu must be paid for once they are ordered. Tickets are ordered in an electronic way by putting the subject tickets in the shopping cart. Any order is considered final and binding once confirmed by the purchaser in the form of a received order confirmation sent to the email address of the respective purchaser that he/she has entered when registering.

Price of products/services: All products and services offered in the internet shop at the web site www.aquacolors.eu have current prices displayed in HRK or EUR . The prices are valid at the moment the purchaser confirms his/her order. All prices include VAT. Prices of selected products or services are time-limited (limited offers). Discounts offered on the internet shop cannot be combined with any other discounts or special offers.

4.2. PAYMENT PROCEDURE

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro Card  and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the website www.aquacolors.eu from time to time. Once this transaction is complete, purchaser will then return to www.aquacolors.eu Payment will be debited and cleared from purchasers account upon dispatch of purchasers order by www.aquacolors.eu. Purchaser confirms that the credit/debit card that is being used is his/hers or that he/she had been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to www.aquacolors.eu , we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

4.3. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Seller is obligated to send the tickets to the purchaser at the moment when the seller has received on line transaction confirmation. The tickets are send to the purchaser via electronic way on his email address that he put into the order form. On every ticket is a unique code that the purchaser has to show at the cashier of seller when he enters the aquapark Aquacolors Poreč.

If respective purchaser fails to use purchased tickets to aquapark Aquacolors due to his/her own reasons, Asket d.o.o. does not offer any financial or other compensation.

Use of an aquapark Aquacolors E-Ticket confirms acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:

• E-Tickets are available for entrance to the park only. Other services provided by aquapark Aquacolors must be purchased at park entry or while in the park.
• E-Tickets are valid until the end of the current season (preseason, mid-season, high season).
• Once expired E-Tickets cannot be refunded or extended.
• E-Tickets are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or be used in conjunction with other offers.
• An E-Ticket is valid for use on any day the park is open to the General Public as per the Opening Times shown at www.aquacolors.eu.
• E-Tickets are not valid when the park is closed.
• An E-Ticket can only be used for single holder and entitles the holder to one only entry to the park. All Barcodes are tracked by our system and can only be used once.
• E-Tickets are not exchangeable and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
• Special offer tickets should be accompanied with the passport or any other form of identification document.

4.4 . TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COMPLAINT AND REFUND

Seller undertakes to send a correct ticket which is equal to the description posted on www.aquacolors.eu. In case of faulty product, the purchaser is obliged to address a complaint within 4 business days and send back the faulty product. www.aquacolors.eu undertakes to resolve a complaint within 40 business days. In case of refund by www.aquacolors.eu , the latter undertakes to make refund to the purchaser within 14 business days.

No refunds are payable in the event if a ride or park closure for any purpose outside our control. Aquapark Aquacolors reserves the right to alter Prices, Terms and Conditions without notice.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to maintain security of the E-Ticket. Lost or Stolen E-tickets will not be refunded by aquapark Aquacolors.

4.5. COMPETENT COURT

In case that the purchaser is not satisfied with solution of the complaint by www.aquacolors.eu , he/she is entitled to ask for arbitration before a court. For such case, the competent court is the Commercial Register of District Court in Pazin in Republic of Croatia, company number 33574721500, registrated office at Molindrio 18, 52440 Poreč, Croatia.

4.6. COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

Purchaser/visitor undertakes not to copy and/or publish any material that is subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights, without explicit consent of the respective holder of the rights.

4.7. GENERAL INFORMATION

ASKET d.o.o. reserves the right to change these conditions and rules. When purchasing the tickets, the purchaser assumes responsibility for accuracy and completeness of all entered data. Services provided by WWW.AQUACOLORS.EU Internet shop do not include costs that purchaser bear by using computer equipment and services for access to our site.
In case of problems, we kindly ask purchaser to report them to our Contact Center (info@aquacolors.eu) in order to eliminate them as soon as possible.

4.8. VALID TICKETS

Only the tickets bought in 2024. are valid. Tickets from previous years are NOT VALID. Valid tickets are those bought online with a code or here at the cash desk.

5. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THE AQUAPARK AQUACOLORS

5.1. CASH LESS SYSTEM

Aquapark Aquacolors works with a cashless system for payments within the park. A bracelet with a unique barcode helps visitors to buy the products and services they need without the use of credit cards or cash. During your entrance to the park, a special waterproof bracelet is been positioned on the hand of all visitors regardless if they have bought a ticket online, from a travel agent, or from the entrance. ATTENTION. DO NOT REMOVE IT. It will be removed during your exit from the park.

Please note that each bracelet carries a unique identification number which allows you to purchase products or services up to 70 € which will be paid at the exit of the park. Bracelets are not transferable.
Bracelets for children up to 14 years allow purchase for up to 25 €. This is to protect parents and avoid a large bill at the end of the day. At the same time, it gives the opportunity to children to learn how a bar code works. Children below 100 cm in height get a bracelet without a purchase amount.

In case you lose your bracelet there is a penalty of 75 €. This is to ensure that the holder of the bracelet knows that he is responsible for it and will make sure that his or her bracelet will not fall into the wrong hands and be used by others. In case a child up to 14 years loses the bracelet penalty is 30 €.

Please note that the bracelet is connected via number to your voucher and the time you entered the park.
Please contact reception in case of loss immediately if lost or cut.

When purchasing products in the restaurants and the shop please check your receipt carefully. There are no refunds possible for not purchased goods when not indicated at the time of purchase

5. 2. SUPERVISION AND RESPONSIBILITY:

All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult who shall be solely responsible for their care and conduct whilst on the premises. As a guardian it is your responsibility to assess the swimming abilities and limitations of children under your care. The owners and operators of the premises (Aquapark Aquacolors) are not liable for and you irrevocable release them from any liability for death, personal injury, property loss or damage arising from whatsoever (including the negligence of staff to the fullest extent permitted by law) whilst you are on these premises.

When purchasing products in the restaurants and the shop please check your receipt carefully. There are no refunds possible for not purchased goods when not indicated at the time of purchase. 

For camping teams, schools and other groups that include children below the age of 14 years old the person responsible is the team leader and his or her assistants. The owners and operators of the premises (Aquapark Aquacolors) are not liable for and you irrevocable release them from any liability for death, personal injury, property loss or damage arising from whatsoever (including the negligence of staff to the fullest extent permitted by law) whilst you are on these premises.

5.3. HEALTH AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

To ensure the safety of patrons and staff, some activities may enforce an age, height, weight limits and/or clothing requirements. Patrons with medical conditions are responsible for assessing whether they can participate. You must seek medical advice if uncertain.

Patrons with casts, footwear, piercing, wristwatch, eyewear or any hard or sharp objects are not permitted on any water slides and may be restricted on certain rides. If uncertain of the restrictions for each ride, please ask staff or check signs prior to participating.

In accordance with hygiene considerations, all children who are not toilet-trained are required to wear waterproof nappies whilst using aquatic activities.

5.4. BROADCASTING COPYRIGHTS

Photography, movies or videos: Photography, movies or videos taken by you must be for your own personal use and enjoyment and not for commercial purpose (must be of your own family or friends only). You agree that during your visit at aquapark Aquacolors we may use any photographs or video that we may take of you for our commercial purposes, without payment or your written or verbal consent. We reserve the right to use any photographs or videos taken in our advertising material, brochures, leaflets, posters, websites, and social media.

5.5. LOCKER HIRE

Lockers are available for hire for a price according to size, for the storing of personal belongings. The price using of one safe is 4€, locker 6€. It is your responsibility to ensure your safe/locker is secured properly at all times during the period of hire. We are not responsible for the loss of any property from your locker due to your incorrect use. We reserve the right to open, search, and empty any locker if any illegal activity is suspected. At no time shall any dangerous, flammable or illegal substances or equipment be stored in a locker. Aquapark Aquacolors, the owners, its staff and operators are not responsible for any stolen goods either within the park areas or in the parking area. The water park rents lockers for a price at the shop.

AQUACOLORS General Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of these General Terms of Entry is a requirement for access to and use of AQUACOLORS. You are considered to have accepted these General Terms of Entry if you purchase a ticket and visit AQUACOLORS.

1. Definitions

The following words and terminologies have the meaning specified below unless the content requires otherwise:
a. “you” or “your” refers to guests at AQUACOLORS.
b. “we”, “our” or similar expressions means AQUACOLORS, the operator, and/or our appointed sub-contractors.

2. Tickets

These General Terms of Entry, as well as any applicable product terms and conditions, rule the access to and use of AQUACOLORS.
a. Individuals entering AQUACOLORS must hold a valid ticket which has been obtained from us, our website or an authorized third party.
b. The entrance ticket and other entitlements that remain on our property and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and, unless you have specific written authorization from us, are not for resale and may not be exchanged for commercial gain. Tickets and other entitlements are void if altered.
c. It is compulsory to present the original ticket or online e-ticket to enter AQUACOLORS.
d. Tickets should be retained during your time in AQUACOLORS and shown for inspection upon demand.
e. Your ticket is personal to you and may not be shared with others. For special events that have a separate admission fee, this ticket is not valid.

f. Our park has a no-re-entry policy. There may be exceptional circumstances in which you'll be allowed to leave the park and re-enter on the same day, but this will be at the discretion of the park management. Group exit and re-entry will not be permitted.
g. Adult tickets are valid for those above 1.40m of height.
h. Junior tickets are valid for those from 1m to 1.40m of height.
i. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is 18 years or older and holds a valid admission ticket.
j. Children under the height of 1m can enter the park for free but require ticket which will be issued from ticketing counters.
k. If tickets are purchased on behalf of additional guests (in the case of group bookings for example), the buyer acknowledges these terms and conditions on behalf of the rest of the party and is responsible for ensuring that everyone in the group complies with them. You agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of any minor children you are responsible for watching after during your visit to AQUACOLORS.

l. Ticket Types

i. Season Pass
• A Season Pass allows entry to AQUACOLORS during periods where it is open to the public, from the date of purchase until the last day of the season. Please check www.aquacolors.eu for season opening dates before purchasing a Season Pass.
• AQUACOLORS operational schedule is subject to change, and we provide no assurances or warranties about the minimum duration of AQUACOLORS operation. If we change the operational timetable, you won't be eligible for a refund or other kind of payment.
ii. Dated Single Day Adult Ticket entry
You will have one day access to AQUACOLORS from the time you purchase your ticket until closing time.
iii. Dated Single Day Junior Ticket entry
You will have one day access to AQUACOLORS from the time you purchase your ticket until closing time.
iv. Undated Single Day Adult Ticket entry You will have one day access to AQUACOLORS to be redeemed from the date you purchase your ticket until the end of the season. Once that ticket is redeemed, you will have access to AQUACOLORS from the time you redeem your ticket until closing time. Please check www.aquacolors.eufor opening times, dates and availability.
v. Undated Single Day Junior Ticket entry
You will have one day access to AQUACOLORS to be redeemed from the date you purchase your ticket until the end of the season. Once that ticket is redeemed, you will have access to AQUACOLORS from the time you redeem your ticket until closing time. Please check www.aquacolors.eufor opening times, dates and availability.

3. At AQUACOLORS

a. AQUACOLORS operating hours are stated on our website and are subject to change at any time without previous notice.
b. We do not permit the following within AQUACOLORS:
• Outside food and beverage including alcohol (except food required for medical purposes or infant/special dietary food in non-glass container).
• Weapons of any kind, or potentially dangerous items such as items made of glass or with sharp edges.
• Smoking in non-designated areas (including electronic cigarettes).
• Unruly behavior & intoxication. Unlawful or immoral behavior.
• Queue jumping.
• Fighting or abusive language towards guests or employees.
• Pets (except service animals in special cases, that will be determined by AQUACOLORS’s team). Service animals can’t access rides, pools or river.
• Photography, videotaping, or recording of any kind for commercial purpose without our prior written approval.

• Attire:

1. Clothing with offensive language or content that does not respect the culture or values of the Republic of Croatia.
2. Clothing that identifies the wearer as emergency personnel.
3. Appropriate swimwear must be worn whilst using the pools and slides. Inappropriate garments (i.e. underwear, transparent, exposing or non-swimming attire) is not permitted. Guests may be asked to change into appropriate swimwear attire.
4. Nudity is not permitted, including small children.

• Items
1. Coolers, suitcases, and bags with wheels.
2. The use of two-wheeled, self-balancing electric vehicles such as, but not limited to, Segway.
3. The use of recreational devices such as remote-control drones, toys, scooters, inline skates, skateboards or shoe with built in wheels.
4. Any type of speakers and megaphones which can impede the guest and staff experience, and privacy.

c. We reserve the right to deny admission if visitors disobey these General Terms of Entry or any other applicable rules, regulations, or directives, we reserve the right to remove them from AQUACOLORS without providing a refund. This is without prejudice to any claim that we might have against you or arising from your actions.

d. Your dress and appearance must be suitable for a family theme park and in keeping with the culture and values of the Republic of Croatia.
e. You must supervise children in your care at all times. In case of being separated, please proceed to the Information Point located at the entrance.
f. Familiarize yourself with the safety signs and follow the instruction of our employees at all times.
g. The safety and security of our guests is of the upmost importance to us. You agree that you and your possessions may be subject to searches, screenings, and/or security checks when you enter AQUACOLORS.

h. Locker rental is available for your convenience at an additional charge; valuable items should be stored in these lockers or not brought into AQUACOLORS.
i. You should not leave your belongings unattended in AQUACOLORS.
j. You have to shower before entering the facilities.

4. Closures and Unavailability

a. While we will make reasonable efforts to keep our website up to date with news and relevant information, we reserve the right, without prior notice and without refund, liability, or compensation, to change the operating hours of AQUACOLORS or attractions, temporarily close any area, limit the number of people who have access to AQUACOLROS, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program as we deem necessary. It is your responsibility to check the website, and we cannot guarantee that it will keep you up to date on all changes that may affect your visit.
b. Some slides, experiences, shows, or outlets may not be available during your visit; in such a case, there will be no recourse to a refund or other form of compensation.
c. You may not be able to gain access to AQUACOLORS, or certain areas of AQUACOLORS, during special events or private bookings.

5. Enjoying our Slides and Experiences

a. Certain slides or experiences may be restricted due to manufacturers guidelines relating to safety. Before purchasing your ticket, please review the ride regulations on our website.
b. You are the best judge of your capabilities. Only those who meet the requirements and follow the safety guidelines for that slide or activity are allowed entrance. You are responsible for reading and analyzing each slide's or experience's description and guidelines to determine whether you can participate safely. By participating in these slides or experiences, you accept the natural risks a responsible person should be aware of. Please get in touch with one of our staff members if you have any specific inquiries or need more information. You should regard using the slides or experiences as an exercise in judgment. You should act accordingly by complying with the written warnings and restrictions within the slides or experiences and the verbal warnings of the staff.

c. You must be in good health and free of any potential medical restrictions. If you are uncertain about your health or are having chronic health problems, please consult your doctor.

d. Pregnant women, people suffering from heart problems, high blood pressure, physical illnesses, skin infections, and open wounds are prohibited from using the swimming pools and the units. Otherwise, only you will be responsible for any situation that may occur due to non-compliance with the rules.
e. Smoking, eating or drinking is not permitted on any of our slides or experiences

6. Parking

a. We offer paid parking facilities for the use of our guests only.
b. We can not guarantee the safety of your Vehicle, accessories or items left in your vehicle, therefore parking of your vehicle in Car Park is at your own risk.
c. AQUACOLORS is not liable for the theft of or damage to your vehicle by third parties. This also applies to damages caused by storms, fire, hail, explosions and other exceptional occurrences.
d. Vehicles may not be left overnight.
e. Parking is not allowed at the main entrance.

7. Video surveillance, Photography and Filming

a. Areas within AQUACOLORS and its grounds are monitored by CCTV.
b. Video Surveillance is carried out for the safety of guests and employees and to protect systems and equipment.
c. In AQUACOLORS, photos can be taken using the PAPS system in various attractions as a 'snapshot' documenting the slide experience. Guests can buy these photos at the exit area or by using a referenced application for devices within seven days from the date the photo was taken. In the process of buying a Guest Photo, the guest is required to verify their identity using facial recognition.

d. In the entrance area of all attractions equipped with such cameras, the taking of photos is clearly indicated on an information sign. By using such attractions, the guests hereby agrees and consents to the production of photos of him/herself during the slide without remuneration. This consent, granted for the exclusive purpose of sale to the guest as the authorised person, includes the short-term storage of the photo as well as the short-term display of the photo on monitors or similar devices after the use of the attraction.
e. We ensure that these photos are only sold and distributed to the authorised guest and are not distributed to third parties. After the end of the attraction, each guest has the option of requesting the immediate deletion of the photo. Photos that have not been purchased will be deleted seven days after the respective calendar day.

8. Data protection

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation Implementation Act (NN 42/18), on General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of data, Asket d.o.o. with address at Molindrio 18, Poreč - Parenzo (Grad Poreč - Parenzo), Hrvatska, informs you that your data will be processed in order to collect them for uses related to this company. The treatment will only be done with your express consent, which will be understood as granted with the acceptance of this Terms & Conditions. Asket d.o.o. informs you that, by accepting this Terms & Conditions, your data will become part of our file until we are notified in writing of your revocation of the consent given. You have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time. The withdrawal of your consent will not affect the legality of the treatments carried out previously. You may exercise your rights (access, rectification, limitation of treatment, deletion, portability, and opposition/revocation) in the terms established by current regulations on data protection, directing your request to the address indicated above by sending a letter addressed to AQUACOLORS, duly formed by you, including your full name, address, telephone number and email in which you request the exercise of one or more of these rights. You can also exercise your rights at the following email address www.aquacolors.eu., attaching the same information mentioned above.

9. Liability

a. You accept that you have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure your own safety, taking into account any medical conditions you may have. Use of AQUACOLORS is at your sole risk. We accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage sustained within AQUACOLORS, including lost, stolen or damaged property. You confirm that we are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by you or to your property and waive all claims against us in this respect, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

b. Indirect, exceptional, or consequential losses are not covered.
c. We are not liable for any hotel, travel, or other expenditures you incur if the park closes unexpectedly or partially.
d. Our liability to you is limited to the price of the entrance ticket.
e. We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Notices

a. You should send notices to ASKET d.o.o., Molindrio 18, 52240 Poreč, Croatia.
b. We may amend these terms and conditions at any time. We advise you to check for updates on a regular basis here www.aquacolors.eu.

11. Cashless payment system

a. Cash or card payment is not available inside the park to purchase food, beverages, retail, and rental products. AQUACOLORS introduces a cashless system for payments within the park. A unique RFID bracelet helps visitors buy the products and services they need without using credit cards or cash.
b. Prior to your entrance into the park, you will be issued a unique waterproof bracelet, which will have a pre-loaded credit for the value of 70€ for adult tickets and 25€ for junior tickets.
c. A unique bracelet will be issued for every visitor, whether they have bought a ticket online, from a travel agent, or from the cash desk.
d. Unique bracelet will be issued only upon presenting a valid ticket, which entitles you to entry to the park.
e. Before you leave the park, you will have to settle all dues from the bracelets at one of our payment desks located inside the Info Desk section.

f. If you reach the limit of your allowed credit on the bracelet you will have to settle the dues first before you will be able to continue purchases within the park. You can settle your dues at one of our payment desks located inside the Info Desk section.
g. If you lose your bracelet, please visit our info desk section and speak to one of our staff members.
h. If you lose your bracelet, a fee of 70€ will be charged for adult tickets and 25€ for junior tickets.

12. Final provisions

Copyright and other Rights
All rights, including but not limited to ownership rights and copyrights, of all information, including leaflets, provided by the AQUACOLORS to guests shall belong to the AQUACOLORS.
b.
Governing Law
The laws of Croatia shall apply to the formation, validity, performance and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.

c. Language
These Terms & Conditions are written and prepared in Croatian. There Terms & Conditions may be translated into any other languages, including English. Should there be any discrepancies between the Croatian version and any translated versions in any other language, the Croatian version shall prevail in any event.
d. Revisions
The AQUACOLORS may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with the establishment, reorganization, or abolition of some facilities or attractions, entertainment programs, tickets or services; changes in precautions, terms of use, fees, etc.; revision of applicable laws; and changes in social situations,. Should there be any amendments to the Terms & Conditions, the AQUACOLORS shall publicize or notify the guests of the contents and effective date thereof by posting them on the Official Website.

13. Notice on how to submit a written consumer complaint

Pursuant to Art. 10 of the Act on Consumer Protection ( Offical Gazette, No. 19/22, 59/23), we inform consumers that they can submit a complaint in witch they express their dissatisfaction with the purchased product of service in written form, in these business premises, and the receipt of that complaint will be confirmed to them in writing without delay. Objections can also be submitted by email to the adress: Asket d.o.o., Molindrio 18, 52440 Poreč or to the e-mail adress info@aquacolors.eu. 

We will respond to a written consumer complain no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, so please include your contact for the delivery of the response in your complaint.
